Overview
I was part of the I-9 team at my previous role and was involved with I-9 training. I found that following most tutorials was tedious. I decided to create a concept training module for my team to provide a more engaging learning option.

Members of compliance or human resources teams who are new to handling I-9 Forms.

The Problem
I-9 training for compliance and human resources departments tend to be boring and time-consuming. We needed supplementary training that learners could experience at their own pace and revisit as needed.
The Solution
Articulate Storyline is ideal for creating dynamic and immersive training experiences for even the most dull material. A diverse group of characters breaks down the I-9 process into manageable chunks, with hands-on training activities are logical, effective, and memorable.
